The gathering was so simple, but yet showed a unity amongst the leaders of the different maritime associations. It was not just an Induction but likewise a Christmas Cocktail Party of the general membership held on the evening of Thursday, 06 December 2006 at the Penthouse, 19th Floor of Marc 2000 Tower, San Andres corner Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila.
